Made in God's Image
"Made in God's Image" was originally created as a mural design with the intention of honoring, celebrating, and valuing the people within the different demographics represented in the surrounding community. While we may all look different from each other or come from different backgrounds, we are all image-bearers of God and have been created with purpose, beauty, and value. Every person brings something to the table and can add value to their community, and I wanted to create this piece as a way of celebrating that.
"For we are God's masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:10)
Audra Frieden has been studying design for social impact and graphic design for the past year and a half. She has fallen more and more in love with designing and creating through that process even though it can be extremely frustrating and time-consuming sometimes. She has so much more to learn, but she is thankful for the opportunities she has had so far to be able to create and learn in this field.
